Spring is here! And some paint touch-uops are beign done on the fantastic terrace. The private beach is now accessible through the path gowing down from the street.  Soon the Ocean breeze cottage will open up the terrace and installing the barbecue, long chairs, tables, addirondacks, etc… Last March, all we needed was 5 degrees celcius to sit outside three hours under the sun.
