The House
The Ocean Breeze Cottage (Chalet Océane) was made available to rent in Charlevoix in August 2012. The Cottage faces the St. Lawrence River. Another small river lies on its left side. Built on 2.5 acres of land, spectacular views surround it. Often some of the merchant ships surprise you as the hum of their engines precede them.
This poetic country house has an abundance of windows from wich you can admire some 30 kilometers of water that separates us from the Bas-St-Laurent region. The cottage has three bedrooms, two livings and bathrooms. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, Ocean Breeze cottage offers quiet, sun or shade at the water’s edge. The house is located a few kilometers from the center of Cap-à l’Aigle and La Malbaie with their casinos, restaurants, markets, marinas, golfs, Parc des Hautes-Gorges, Mont Grand-Fonds and Le Massif.
You will find a fully equipped kitchen. Included : beddings, soaps, shampoos, towels, dryers, washer-dryer, a barbecue, armchairs and adirondacks and firewood. A huge concern is given to the cleanliness of the house and our cleaning teams will make it a point of honour to give you the keys of a impeccable cottage.

♦ Mudroom : when coming from a ski, mud or aquatic expedition
